Role Overview

You will design and ship AI-driven systems that connect models, business context, and external tools into production-ready workflows for internal teams and customers.

Responsibilities

• Build AI and automation pipelines using APIs, retrieval, and orchestration layers
• Integrate models with internal tools, CRMs, ticketing systems, and private knowledge
• Improve reliability through monitoring, evaluation, and human-in-the-loop design
• Work with product and engineering teams to define realistic AI use cases

Requirements

• Experience with Python or TypeScript in backend contexts
• Hands-on work with LLM APIs, retrieval, or automation workflows
• Ability to reason about guardrails, evaluation, and operational risk
• Comfort debugging production issues across services and integrations

Nice To Have

• Experience with vector databases and document pipelines
• Exposure to agent systems or workflow orchestration frameworks
• Past work on enterprise productivity or support systems
